Yoga to Support a Healthy Back - May 7-June 25 ($72/8-week series)

Learn strength and flexibility exercises for a stronger back. This class focuses on improving postural alignment and core stability to strengthen and protect the spine. You will also learn breathing techniques (pranayama) that can reduce everyday stress, allowing both the body and mind to relax and release tension. Tuesdays.
